Competence Center Sourcing in the Finance Industry (CC Sourcing)
CC Sourcing is a multilateral research project with eighteen partner companies from the banking sector in Germany and Switzerland. Among the results being developed jointly between academia and practice are:
1. Models for customer-oriented integration- Sourcing models in the front-office as well as IT-based innovations in the financial network
- Processes aiming at integrating the customer front and the competence centers
- Functional requirements and a service-oriented architecture for the
customer front
2. Models for service-oriented integration
- Examples for structuring and describing the service portfolio
- Methods for determining the value proposition of services
- Reference models containing a service management cockpit

4. iPad-based prototype
