Studying Information Systems in Leipzig
Business Information Systems
A degree in business information systems enables you to work in a company in the information society. More and more branches such as service providers (banks and insurances), trade, producing industry as well as public administration are based on the (innovative) use of information technology (IT). The higher intensity of information of products through “embedded systems” and the increasing cross-company networking of application systems causes an even higher intensity of information which is a competitive advantage and at the same time a necessity. The study of business information systems provides profound knowledge about using standard enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle as well as developing individual applications.
